Victory Family Services provides support for physically, behaviorally, emotionally, and situationally challenged children and the resource families caring for them. We take great care in employing social workers, support counselors, administrative support personnel, supervisors, and managers who believe in changing lives and helping others through Victory careers. This amazing group of workers will be with you every inch of the way and ensure that you are equipped with everything you need to effectively and successfully help the children placed in our care. Training programs are designed to give resource families the requisite tools to address the needs of the child and cope with difficult issues. Supportive services such as family therapy are provided by our partners in the community.
